The Apartment is at the first floor of an ancient building in Scaletta Piazza Padella, a few steps from the amazing sightseen Belvedere La Sentinella with its stunning view of the lake. Inside the house you will be surprised by a huge ancient stone fireplace, in the living room you will have a queen size sofa bed, tv and a fully equipped kitchen with tableware, dish washer, table for 4 people extensible to 6, oven, stove, refrigerator and freezer. A stone portal leds to the bedroom with a canopied king size bed, armchair and cupboard. After a day by the lake you'll be delighted to have a shower in an extra confort shower box. At your arrival a sweet little present on your pillow. Towels and bedding included and change of the linens once a week.

The B&B is located in a privileged position, a few steps from Braciano - Martignano Park, both to get to know the little towns, the lake (bathing and clean lake), the Etruscan's paths and ruins and to reach Rome in only 40 minutes by train. Bracciano's railway has a train every 30 minutes. You can reach Roma San Pietro in only 45 minutes. B&B has a beautiful view of the Orsini - Odescalchi Castle. The B&B is located in a villa with a big garden. In summer the breakfast is furnished under the portico, in the garden. In Villa the owners live with a little cats. The guests have at disposal a suite (NO SMOKING) composed: a double room, a sitting room with double sofa-bed, fireplace, private bathroom and is located in the hobby hall with indipendent entrance. The suite is big and bright. Of course the little cats can not enter in the hobby hall, in the double room, in the bathroom. The breakfast is furnished from 8.00 to 10.00 in the morning.
