Benefit from an exceptional location for your stay in Seville:
Apartment of high standing located on the ground floor, isolated from the street and giving on two interior patios with fountain, one of which is for your exclusive use.
You are located in full centre of Seville, in the historical district, two steps away from the Museum of Beautiful Arts and 200m away from the Guadalquivir.
Ideal for a couple, you can also stay four people, two people or children indeed being able to sleep in the living room in a sofa bed. You have all comfort: Air conditioning and controlled heating, television, Home DVD but also Fast Wifi Internet connection and satellite TV on demand.
The tariffs depend on the seasons and also on local bank holidays, but the basic tariff is: 90/490 for a night/week (6 nights) for two people 110/580 for a night/weel (6 nights) for three to four people maximum. Minimum stay: two nights.
The price for a month is 1580 Euros all included.
The service of household the day of your departure is charged 35 Euros. A guarantee of 350 Euros in cash is requested and given back at the end of your stay (or shortly after depending if you are using phone, etc).
To book the flat you will need to pay 30% of the price upfront by paypal or international transfer, the remainder to be paid when you enter the apartment. We place at your disposal the guide of Andalusia in English in the apartment as well as all the tourist information of the Office of Tourism of Seville.
Other services available:
- Possibility of preparing you a "start pack" avoiding you running to the shop of the corner the first evening and thus to have a minimum in the refrigerator
- Possibility of weekly service of household or more in the case of prolonged stay
- Possibility of hiring of bicycles
